Rich Food in Puno

Inhaling some of Peru's finest fresh trout

After an adventurous motorboat ride across Lake Titicaca, Will and Gill landed in Puno, Peru. With a similar mindset we immediately set out to fill our bellies with the best local cuisine. Gill and her family had spent time in Puno so we quickly raced to one of her favourite restaurants and had the Peruvian specialty: Ceviche. After devouring each sultry piece, and licking the plate clean, a revelation dawned on us. Why, with the influx of Sushi restaurants around North America, has Ceviche not made such a popular appearance?!
